If someone (beginner - tour pro/ages <5+) struggles to achieve a rally of 20+ using the opposite side of the racket every time: we suggest using the same side until rally of 20+, then the other. Then use the opposite side every time, setting personal bests (PBs) until a rally of 100+ is achieved. (Volley Version requires 50+. Use same side for 10+ struggles.)
No court needed; any suitable safe place will suffice.
Video #2 Description: some guy teaches student, then a 100+ error free rally is achieved on their very first ever attempt ever; then #140 is missed on purpose.
Video #1 and Video #2 + (Volley Versions) can be used (10-15 minutes) as warm-up tools to the best of someone's ability; before and after becoming a student of NewDawnTennis.
Video #3 Description: some guy displays ability to safely stand still as much as possible and hit winners; while the opposite occurs on the other side of the net.
